Answer:No, it is a scam. The number is a mobile number, the email is not like anything a genuine company would send and it comes from a free email account. This has nothing to do with Sainburys. I would delete it immediately. The link is to the genuine Sainsburys recruitment site.
Answer:It's a scam and there are many clues common to all these fake job scams. They will ask you to pay for work visa processing or other work documentation.
1. 070 telephone numbers. These give the impression that you are dealing with a UK company or individual, you are not. These numbers are used by scammers and never by legitimate employers. They can be redirected anywhere in the world and are usually premium rate.
2. Free email addresses such as @live.com. Sainsbury's and other legitimate companies never use free email accounts. All Sainsbury's email addresses end in @sainsburys.co.uk
3. Unsolicited approach by email offering jobs are always a scam. UK employers just do not hire this way. There is a strict procedure for hiring non EEA nationals and employers must be licenced by UKBA to employ non EEA nationals. They must also advertise the job for four weeks in trade and national press and acrosss the job centre plus network and can only offer it to a non EEA national if no suitable EEA candidate applies. A job such as a retail supervisor would not be eligible for a work permit as it is not a skilled role. You would need a minimum of a degree level qualification to be eligible for a UK work permit.
4. The ONLY way UK visas are ever issued is in the country of the applicant from a visa application centre, usually a High Commission or Embassy. The UK employer would issue you with a Certificate of Sponsorship which you take to the visa application centre with your documents and a fee of £270 which you pay direct to them. There you will be photographed and finger printed as part of the process. Visas are never processed in the UK and never by third parties, either lawyers or travel agencies. Your visa and passport would be returned direct to you in your own country. Your only cost would be the visa cost. All other costs are handled by you employer.
Nobody can guarantee you a visa and nobody can apply or process a visa on your behalf.
5. If you respond to this email, you will be asked to contact a travel agency who in turn will request payment by Western Union or Moneygram for visa fees. No legitimate UK company EVER uses this method of transferring money and you may as well burn your money as it is untraceable and irretrievable. They all have bank accounts so there is never a need to make payment this way.
Ignore the email and do not have anything more to do with these people.

I put my son into a daycare and as soon as bug season hit I noticed he was extra sensitive to bug bites. I initially sent the "Family Care" Off! with him to school, didn't work. So I switched to "Deep Woods" Off! which had no effect. I thought maybe they weren't putting it on him, so I started applying it every morning before school. One Friday I gave him a bath and there wasn't any of the sites that were out of control, but within 12 hours a bite on the bottom of his foot had gotten SERIOUSLY infected, so I took him to the E.R. They lanced it, packaged it, and sent me home with a few prescriptions. The next week I asked the director to keep him inside while his foot healed. I was placing a large bandaid on the bottom of his foot as well as wrapping it multiple times a day. They kept letting him go outside. He got a bee/wasp sting on his neck. Again I asked that they not let him outside. He got a bee/wasp sting just behind his ear. Again… Again… this entire time he kept getting MORE bug bites all over his limbs, up the back of his shirt, on his belly… and now they're even getting into his diaper. I had taken him to the doctor multiple times and 2 visits ago he sent me with a doctors note ordering that he not be let outside for 3 weeks. …They're still letting him outside and yesterday they let him take his shoes off, go outside, and run around… you don't even want to see his feet. He was up all night screaming and crying and scratching his feet against anything he could. I put Cortisol cream on him AND the topical Benadryl (I tried to give him the Children's Benadryl 2 nights ago and he was so zoned in the morning that he slept the whole way to school). I'm a single mom and can't afford to take the day off, so he's at school, socks and sandals on because shoes hurt too much, and he can barely walk because of the bug bites from being outside for "five minutes" (what the director told me…). I can't afford any more E.R visits (I have insurance, but the bills are ALREADY up to over $4,000). WHAT CAN I DO?! I've talked to every single teacher/director/manager there. If your child had a peanut allergy and his school kept giving him peanuts every other day just to see what happened what would YOU do?!

I have a professional DJ/music entertainment business and also compete in BBQ competitions. My BBQ is popular, and so I am starting a catering business as well. Both are just side business.
