I had the same problem! Your Xbox ran out of lube/oil or the lube dried up and now it's just not spinning the CD's. What you have to do is open up your Xbox 360 (there is a bunch of videos on youtube) and Clean the spinning thing! I did it and now it works perfectly! If you want to prevent that from happening again I recommend you buy a 120G HDD or a 250G HDD and save your game on there. They cost like 60-70 dollars on ebay! And Don't get the ones from Hong Kong mine came broken, get one from the USA. Well if you wanna know more just email me. I will give the link to the video I used!
Answer:Check the disc to make sure that it is not damaged, if you think that the console is broken Im sure that the microsoft company may be able to make repairs.
