Okay i downloaded an english version of soul silver for my r4 from here:

everything is perfectly in english and the game runs smoothly, except after every ten minutes i get the black screen of death after entering a building, right after saving, etc… and so i have tolerated enough because i love the game to save every minute, but now ive reached goldenrod and its being REALLY effed up… like i cant move 20 steps without black screen of death…
So if someone finds it, let me know.

This one is decent, neither me nor my brothers have gotten a black screen from this download. It's mostly in english, apart from the main plot (sadly).
Answer:I don't think there is a patch for complete English, only part. Sorry. D:
